Vision
To develop the social, economic and educational skills of children; creating community leaders through the use of teaching, training and utilizing resources of information technology.
 
Mission
To establish quality programming for youth that focuses on character development to lessen the achievement gap that exists among boys and girls.  This is done through interactive programming utilizing technology, entrepreneurship, mentoring and community collaborations.
