A 36 week Middle school based program that integrates leadership skills with the characteristics of entrepreneurship.The objective of YLBD is to encourage underprivileged teens to explore their interests while developing leadership skills to compete in a technology based workforce.  Our program operates on the pretense to prepare youth for some kind of career. The efforts made are to avoid as many youth from becoming disconnected statistics. In addition to lessons that infuse mathematics, analytical skills, communications, planning and identification of skills through the framework of self esteem and character development, the program is rich in experiential and leadership activities.
